Enable your customers to explore various experiences by searching for specific keywords.

Provide customers with the option to choose chatbots based on topics that interest them, creating personalized and engaging interactions.

How to Use the Module

To make experiences accessible through search, connect them to catalog articles in the knowledge section:

  1. Navigate to “Knowledge” > “Catalogs” > “Add article.”
  2. Enter an internal name for the catalog article.

  1. Choose an experience to link to the catalog article.
  2. Provide a title for the article, visible to customers in their search results.
  3. Add additional information under the "Article" section.
  4. Including synonyms for easier customer discovery.

Once set up, customers can find and access experiences by clicking on the search entry.

Useful Tips

Language

The Search Module uses the current language setting. If you want customers to choose another language, use the language selection module.
