Under navigation item Data you find the customer data section. Here you can find all the data, that is collected in the chat. From customer data to uploaded assets to a runtime log.

Consents Tab

In the consents tab, you can see which customer has given what kind of consent. See details on how to manage consents here.

Giveaways Tab

In the giveaway tab, you can manage your giveaways and draw winners. See details on how to manage giveaways here.

Codes Tab

In the codes tab, you can manage your coupon and codes. Codes are used to award points to customers. Coupons are used to award prizes to customers. See details on how to manage codes here.

Loyalty Tab

In the Loyalty tab, you can manage your loyalty program. You can see who has redeemed which reward, who has redeemed a redemption, and who has received or redeemed how many points. See details on how to manage loyalty here.

Variables Tab

The vaiables tab shows all variables that are set in the chatbot. You can export all variables as a CSV file. See details on how to manage variables here.

Files Tab

The Files Tab shows all files that have been uploaded in the chatbot. You can download the files or delete them. See details on how to manage files here.

Runtime Log Tab

The runtime log stores events, which have occurred for the tenant in the last 7 days. Typical log entries e.g. are that customers signed up in the chat, or that errors have happened when communicating with remote REST apis such as Salesforce.
