Introduction​

Next to automated agents, LoyJoy offers live chat agents. Best of all, always-on live agents are not required. Get notified when customers are waiting in the Live chat and join the conversation in the LoyJoy Platform. Our asynchronous live chat allows to answer anytime and notify customers of the response via email.

The Role of a Live Chat Agent​
