What Is a Catalog?
A catalog is a collection of articles. If you use the generative AI feature in LoyJoy, the GPT Knowledge module will use catalogs as sources to generate answers.
How to Create a Catalog
You got two options to create a catalog
- Choose a blank catalog
- Import a word document
Your customers can search through the catalog as they type.
Good to know: In your backend you can see the analytics of the catalog, i.e. the views of the most popular articles and search terms without results, so you can create missing items. Find out how to manage your articles here.
