What Is a Catalog?
Next to language, you can choose catalogs. The catalog is basically a collection of all your articles. If you use the knowledge feature, the AI will look through all your articles listed all catalogs.
How to Create a Catalog
You got two options to create a catalog
- Choose a blank catalog
- Import a word document
Your customers can search through the catalog as they type.
Good to know: In your backend you can see the analytics of the catalog, i.e. the views of the most popular articles and search terms without results, so you can create missing items. Find out how to manage your articles here.
