What is the IP of the LoyJoy server / Do you have a static IP?
LoyJoy operates as a dynamically scaling platform, which means we do not use fixed IP addresses. This flexibility allows us to continually add resources as needed to maintain optimal performance. Our cloud provider does not guarantee specific IP ranges, and IP tunnels are not an option due to potential congestion issues.
For certain use cases, we can try to find alternative solutions. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs, and we'll work with you to find an appropriate workaround.
