Integrate Sikom AgentOne into your process.
- This process module checks the availability of agents in Sikom via the Sikom
/webcallback/AvailabilityAPI. If an agent is available, the process variable
sikom_agent_availableis set with value
- Additionally an URL to the current conversation in the LoyJoy Live Chat is sent to the
/webcallback/CallbackSikom API. This enables agents to enter the current conversation in LoyJoy Live Chat directly from Sikom.
