Video Gallery Module

Introduction​

Add up to five videos to your chat, playing in the chat window. To support most web browsers, please upload MP4 video files, optimally encoded as Web Optimised so that the video starts before downloading completely. Max filesize should be 2-3 MB, as most customers are mobile. Maximum supported file size is 10 MB

tip

For larger videos you can use the external link module in embedded mode to include larger videos. Such videos can be hosted e.g. on YouTube.

How to Use the Module​

Upload video​

Upload the video you will show the customers.

Preview image​

Add an image that will be shown as a preview (1200x630 px) before the video starts.

Video captions​

Add a caption that will be shown under the video.
