Scanner Module

Introduction​

Display a scanner so your customers can QR codes or bar codes. There is always the possibility to type numbers in manually. All the chat user needs is a camera on the device.

Typical Use Cases​

You can use the scanner to provide additional information about your product such as ingredients, origin information or installation videos.

How to Use the Module​

Tell your customer where to find the code to scan and to hold it in front of the camera. Maybe a picture is helpful. You can use categories to customize your response to different codes. Type the barcodes manually into the respective category.

Pick a response to the scan:

  • this can be a text response with an animation
  • or a video response
  • or an automatic or decision jump to another module
