How to Pause Your Experience

This feature is for cases when you want to temporarily or permanently stop your chat experience. You can pause an experience from the experience list.

Such cases could be:

A giveaway that no longer accepts participants
A journey with an API integration where the API is offline for maintenance

Pausing the experience takes all parts of the journey offline. All users will only receive a pause message upon interaction:
