Search Module

Introduction

The Search module enables your customers to explore various agents by searching for specific keywords. This enhances the user agent by allowing them to find content and interactions that are most relevant to their interests.

Typical Use Cases

Personalized Interactions:

  • Allow customers to choose chatbots based on topics that interest them, creating a more personalized and engaging interaction.

Content Discovery:

  • Help customers discover relevant content quickly and efficiently, improving their overall agent and satisfaction.

How to Use the Module

To make agents accessible through search, connect them to catalog articles in the knowledge section:

  1. Navigate to “Knowledge” > “Catalogs” > “Add article.”
  2. Enter an internal name for the catalog article.

  1. Choose an agent to link to the catalog article.
  2. Provide a title for the article, visible to customers in their search results.
  3. Add additional information under the "Article" section.
  4. Including synonyms for easier customer discovery.

Once set up, customers can find and access agents by clicking on the search entry.

Useful Tips

Language

The Search Module uses the current language setting. If you want customers to choose another language, use the language selection module.
