Article Gallery Module

Introduction​

The Article Gallery module allows you to showcase up to 5 articles within the chat, displayed in a list format. When a user clicks on an article, a detailed view with all the relevant information about the article is presented.

Typical Use Cases​

This module is ideal for displaying a small collection of products, featured items, or any set of articles you want users to explore directly within the chat interface.

How to Use the Module​

Adding Articles​

Use the dropdown menu to select up to 5 articles you want to display.

The articles available in the dropdown are managed in the Knowledge section, where you can create and maintain catalogs of products or articles. You can check out here on how to add new articles.

Display in Chat​

Once set up, the articles will be displayed in a list format within the chat. Here's how it will look:

Detailed View​

When a user clicks on an article from the list, they will see a detailed view with all the information you have provided about the article. This can include images, descriptions, prices, and any other relevant details.
