Campaign Monitor Module

This module allows you to insert subscriptions directly into your Campaign Monitor database, ensuring that your email marketing lists are always up-to-date.

  • Adding new subscribers to your email marketing list.
  • Updating existing subscriber information.
  • Managing email marketing campaigns seamlessly within your chat experience.

How to Use the Module​

  1. Email Input: Ensure you have the user's email address by using an Email module or Sign-in module earlier in your chat process.
  2. List ID: Obtain your List ID by following the instructions provided in the Campaign Monitor API guide. You can copy it directly from your Campaign Monitor account.
  3. Access Token: Generate an Access Token by setting up OAuth. Follow the steps here to authenticate: Campaign Monitor OAuth.
  4. Configure the Module: Once you have the email address, List ID, and Access Token, insert them into the module configuration in LoyJoy.
