Form Module

Introduction

Offer a customizable form to your customers. You can ask for any information you need. The form module is a powerful tool to collect information from your customers. You can ask for their name, email, phone number, address, or any other information you need. You can also ask for multiple pieces of information in one form.

How to Use the Module

Storage

If you want to store this information in association with your customer, you must have a sign-in module somewhere before the form module.

Form Fields

Start by adding as many form fields as you need. Once a form field is created, define your process variable and scope in which the information should be stored. You can customize the initial value of the form field by entering a source. Next, add a label to guide your customers on what to enter.

Fill a description of the form field for autocomplete suggestions and validation

You can fill a description for each form field in natural language. The description will be used for autocomplete suggestions and validation using GPT. For example, if you ask for the customer's favorite animal, you can fill the description with "The field should contain the name of an animal like dog, cat or any other animal.". This will help the customer to understand what they should enter and will help to validate the input.
