Restart Module
Introduction
The Restart Module allows you to restart the chatflow, so the chat begins anew from the start of the process flow. Unlike a session reset, customers will remain logged in, and the session itself is not reset.
How to Use the Module
Choose the Question Wording: Define the question that will be presented to the user to prompt the restart of the chatflow. Ensure the question is clear and concise to avoid confusion.
Select the Answer Button Text: Specify the text for the answer button that the user will click to confirm the restart. This should be a clear and affirmative action text, such as "Yes" or "Restart chat".
Additional Information
Please note that all variables are retained, which can affect the chat flow. If you do not want this behavior, you should also use the session reset module.
