Salesforce Interaction Studio Module

Introduction​

The Salesforce Interaction Studio Module allows you to send customer interaction data to Salesforce Interaction Studio, a real-time personalization and interaction management platform. This module enables the tracking and updating of customer data for enhanced personalization across channels.

How to Use the Module​

Required Fields​

  • Dataset: Specify the dataset where the data will be sent.
  • Salesforce Deployment: Enter only the subdomain part of your Salesforce URL (e.g., for "https://abc123.salesforce.com", use "abc123").
  • API Key ID: The ID for your Salesforce Interaction Studio API key.
  • API Secret: The secret associated with your API key for authentication.
