Features​

  • Agent Availability Check: This module checks the availability of agents in Talkevent via the Talkevent /availability API. If an agent is available, the process variable talkevent_agent_available is set to true.

Requirements​

  • Talkevent URL: You will need the Talkevent URL, which must be provided directly by Talkevent. These details are not publicly available and require direct communication with Talkevent for access.

How to Use the Module​

  1. Configure the Talkevent URL: Enter the URL provided by Talkevent.
  2. Verify Agent Availability: The module will automatically check if an agent is available and set the talkevent_agent_available variable accordingly.

Process-Specific Variables​
