Introduction​

This module allows you to ask customers for their agreement to specific terms. You can design a chat flow around this agreement to ensure compliance and enhance user experience. terms_of_participation_demo

Typical Use Cases​

Use this module to require customers to agree to terms for participation in raffles, promotions, or other activities. For scenarios like newsletter sign-ups or reminders, consider using dedicated opt-in modules (Newsletter opt-in module, Profiling op-in module, Sms opt-in module, Reminder opt-in module, Web push opt-in module). These alternatives provide additional options and offer a more seamless integration for managing user consent.

How to Use the Module​

The easiest way to use this module is to plug in the URL of your terms of participation, privacy policy, etc.

In order to display the the correct description, put the text in [] followed by (${terms_url}). An example can be found in the module and in the picture below.

Enter HTML of your Terms​

For terms that do not relate to a URL, you can enter your terms as HTML for display.

Other Texts​

Customizable texts include quick replies for "yes" and "no," and the option to re-request if customers initially decline the terms.
