Yotpo Review Module

Introduction​

Integrate Yotpo into the process to collect product reviews with Yotpo. The review data is first collected in the chat and then transferred to Yotpo with this process module.

Typical Use Cases​

Gathering user reviews for products directly in the chat and pushing them to Yotpo for further processing.

How to Use the Module​

  1. App Key & API Secret: Enter your Yotpo appkey and api secret. Check out Yotpo´s documentation to know where to find the article.
  2. Required Variables: Ensure the following variables are set before transferring the review to Yotpo:
  • yotpo_sku (SKU of the product)
  • yotpo_product_title (title/name of the product)
  • yotpo_product_url (URL of the product)
  • yotpo_review_content (review text)
  • yotpo_review_title (review title)
  • yotpo_review_score (review score)
  • yotpo_iovation_fp (iovation fingerprint)
  • yotpo_is_incentivized (true/false whether product was provided to user)

You could collect this data e.g. by using the questionnaire module.

  1. Mappings: You can add mappings for Custom Properties (custom_properties), Custom Fields (custom_fields), and Order Metadata (order_metadata).
