Simple Message Module

Introduction​

The Simple Message module allows you to send a plain chat message, with an optional image. This module provides the simplest way to communicate directly with the customer.

Typical Use Cases​

  • Basic Communication: Send straightforward text messages to inform, notify, or engage with customers.

How to Use the Module​

1. Text Message: Enter the text you want to send to the customer.

2. Optional Image: Upload an image to accompany your message, if desired.

Enhancing Your Message​

You can enrich your text messages by adding hyperlinks, emojis, and other variables. For detailed instructions on how to use these features, refer to the Hyperlinks, Emojis, and Variables Guide.
