Sikom Module

Introduction

Integrate Sikom AgentOne into your process.

Features

  • Agent Availability Check: This module checks the availability of agents in Sikom via the Sikom /webcallback/Availability API. If an agent is available, the process variable sikom_agent_available is set to true.
  • Callback URL: Additionally an URL to the current conversation in the LoyJoy Live Chat is sent to the /webcallback/Callback Sikom API. This enables agents to enter the current conversation in LoyJoy Live Chat directly from Sikom.

Requirements

  • Webcallback URL and Service ID: You will need the Webcallback URL and the corresponding service ID, which must be provided directly by Sikom. These details are not publicly available and require direct communication with Sikom for access.

How to Use the Module

  1. Configure the Webcallback URL: Enter the URL provided by Sikom.
  2. Set the Webcallback Service ID: Use the service ID obtained from Sikom.
  3. Verify Agent Availability: The module will automatically check if an agent is available and set the sikom_agent_available variable accordingly.
  4. Enable Agent Access: The current conversation URL is sent to Sikom, allowing agents to join the chat via LoyJoy Live Chat.
